National Trust Cottages

You may have visited one of the many National Trust properties around the country and marvelled at the way these properties are managed and kept in pristine condition as part of this country’s heritage. But did you know that you can actually holiday in one of the National Trust Cottages in the Peak District?

There are in fact a number of National Trust Cottages in the Peak District that can be rented on a short term basis. Many of these are set on landed estates – for example Park House, on the edge of Keddleston Park and High Hazels on the Hardwick Hall estate are both luxurious properties that make perfect venues for a really historic holiday in the Peak District. Not only do you have the joy of staying in a National Trust cottage but you can also enjoy the grounds in which they are set. If you want something more remote you could stay in Darfar, Wetton in a converted cornmill or perhaps a cottage that sleeps five in White Edge, Longshaw.

For a holiday that will become a happy memory for ever, check out the National Trust Cottages here.
