The Manifold Way which runs from Hulme End to Waterhouses in Staffordshire.
This is a fantastic old track down in the bottom of the valley which generally follows the route of the river Manifold. There are caves and interesting rock formations along the way as well as a couple of superb tea rooms!!
The whole route is about 8 miles
