Gulliver’s Matlock Bath has been open for 30 years and it was built by a family with families in mind. Set on a picturesque hillside with stunning views overlooking the Derbyshire Dales, this very popular family theme park offers a great day out even in wet weather. Due to its height and location, the parks are quite steep, so ensure that you leave plenty of time to walk up and down the hills and take a breather when you need it.

It’s very easy to get to, off the main road as you go through Matlock Bath and head out towards Cromford. Matlock Bath train station is just a 10 to 15 min walk from the park and the trans-peak bus services run from Manchester to Derby and stop in Matlock Bath. There is also a bus from Chesterfield to Matlock, which stops at the Fishpond pub and then it is just a short walk up the hill. By car get off the M1 and exit at junction 28 and follow the signs to the door.
