THE FOOD! The food is outstanding, with everything cooked from stratch, yes even the chips!! It is good, honest, home cooked, mouth-watering food accompanied by a selection of real ales with an emphasis on local breweries. No frozen food at all. All food locally sourced in Derbyshire. Meat from Pig’s Tale in Alderwasley. All pies/pork pies/scotch eggs/puddings made from Maycocks Butchers in Holloway, Derbyshire. Ham is off the Bone. Farm eggs and remember…..real chips made with potatoes! There are selection of food from France, India and Croque Monsieur and Croque Madam!! Known locally as ‘The Cliff’ it’s a pub which is not only at the heart of the village community but one which is a popular haunt and favourite for customers from further a field who come to sample the delights of Tracy’s cooking and their range of well-kept Real Ales

LOCATION
The Cliff Inn is minutes walk from Crich Tramway Village There really are beautiful views of the Derbyshire and Peak District Countryside. Crich Stand on the cliff top above is a short walk away. The Stand is the memorial to the Sherwood Foresters Regiment, now merged with the Mercian Regiment: From the top panoramic views can be seen.
