ABOUT 

Situated in the chocolate box village of Foolow deep in the heart of the Peak District National Park the cottage studio was built in the 1700’s and is a small but beautiful studio cottage which can be used as a perfect base to explore the stunning Peak District. Situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the Peak District and only 3 or 4 miles from Chatsworth house it’s an ideal base to explore so many stunning parts of the area.

The Cottage 

A beautifully appointed compact and bijoux studio barn with solid oak flooring and Laura Ashley designer furniture with real wood fired stove. Of course we welcome dogs! (maximum 2). The barn dates back to the 18th century and although small in size with high ceilings it feels spacious and airy and rather luxurious.Room is Approx 6 metres by 3.3 metres with very tall ceiling giving lovely feeling of space for a small cottage. With en suite toilet and shower with heated towel rails. Kitchen has gas cooking hob and microwave cooker. Lounge and bedroom area has wood fired stove. A split stable door goes out to a lovely patio area with table and chairs and is enclosed by a five bar gate so pets are safely enclosed. There is parking for one car either outside the gate or if required on the gravel drive.
