Together these two Award winning lovingly converted barns have been created with the utmost care and attention to detail. Using local craftsmen, traditional methods an environmentally friendly materials, modern comforts have been integrated into the original structure. They are unique and beautiful holiday homes where families can get together to visit the many tourist attractions, returning in the evening to peace and tranquillity in a rural setting with stunning views across The Roaches.

Direct access to the footpath leading to Tittesworth Reservoir, nature trail and visitor centre. The historic market town of Leek boasts many antique shops, has its own Arts Festival throughout May and is only 2 miles away. Annual Well Dressing Festivals are held in many local villages and there is a cycle track to take you through the gorgeous Manifold Valley where bikes can be hired. Visit Stoke on Trent’s potteries, Alton Towers or take a ride on the Churnet Valley Steam Train. Spend a day at Chatsworth House, medieval Haddon Hall, or Bakewell with its farmers’ market, gift shops and cafes tempting you to try the famous Bakewell Tart. The beautiful scenery of Dovedale and the Peaks, Ashbourne, Carsington Water, Castleton and caverns are all nearby as is the spa town of Buxton, offering shows at the Opera House. The cities of Manchester, Birmingham and Derby are all within 1 hours’ drive. Shops, pub and restaurant 11/2 miles.

Open tread stairs to first floor:3 bedrooms: 2 double, one with en-suite shower room and toilet, 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Beams throughout.
