Sitting on the banks of the River Dane and nestled in the small Staffordshire hamlet of Gradbach, our hotel is full of rich history and heritage. The lovingly refurbished silk spinning mill is uniquely placed to provide adventure right from the doorstep as well as offering access to some of the most beautiful scenery the Peak District has to offer. Set within 16 acres of land, guests can also take advantage of a range of outdoor pursuits including walking and cycling.

Imagine sinking into a comfortable bed after a long day of hiking or exploring one of the Peak District’s many attractions – before waking to a new day and tucking into a hearty breakfast in our dining room. Each of our 13 twin, double and family bedrooms is well appointed, with flat-screen TV, free WiFi access and luxury en-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries.

Our conference facilities are state-of-the-art too. The meeting room is able to accommodate up to 30 delegates, while our outdoor space is ideal for bushcraft activities, team-building events and archery – to name just a few options.
