We have a historic building originally part of the Vernon Estate, which was transformed into the popular hotel we have today with the addition of 23 bedrooms in 1990. Situated in 8 and a half acres of Derbyshire countryside, it’s an idyllic destination whether you’re looking for a relaxing week away, or simply a night when passing through. Why not get away from it all and spend a relaxing couple of nights with us, our two night package includes the following:

Day One

Check in with us after 2.00pm and get the key to your luxury en suite accommodation.
Spend the afternoon relaxing in the bar or exploring the local area before returning for a three course meal in our Royal Boar Restaurant, served from 7.00pm.

Day Two

Start your day with a full English or continental breakfast in our Restaurant from 8.00am till 9.30am.
Have the rest of the day to yourself, but be sure to return, as we serve another sumptuous three course meal tonight from 7.00pm.

Day Three

Choose again from our selection of cooked and continental breakfasts, served in the Restaurant.

Check out before 11.00am

The whole package is priced at £220.00, based on two people sharing a room.
Single occupancy rooms are charged at £165.00

Please note that this break can be taken on any two days of the week

Please note: Prices change on some weekends during the year and throughout the month of December as there is a Dinner Dance on Friday and Saturday evenings during December.
