Hawkesmoor Barn – Sleeps 6.
Before you ever have the chance to fall in love with Hawkesmoor Barn, you fall for the location. As you drive down the quiet country road to reach the gateway, all you can see for miles is rolling green hillsides dotted with grazing cows and sheep.
Originally part of the Chatsworth Estate, Hawkesmoor Barn has been beautifully renovated by its current owners (who live next door) into a spacious luxury Peak District holiday home.

Robin Hood Cottage – Sleeps 4 .
Robin Hood Cottage provides a luxurious retreat for couples or a stylishly practical solution for families. It is a luxury, contemporary retreat with all the comforts of home. Cool, clean lines, contemporary styling and modern facilities sit alongside traditional details to create an interior which is really relaxing. Accommodation is split between a super king room (that can flex to be a twin if needed) and a spacious double. The open plan living area has French windows that open on to the large, private garden and there are BBQ facilities here for guests to use if the weather permits!

Sett Cottage – Sleeps 2+2.
A mid-terraced, former quarry worker’s home, Sett Cottage is now a perfect holiday destination for a couple or small family who want to arrive, park their car, put their key in the front door and forget about their busy lives for a while. The property features a luxurious kingsize master bedroom with a beautiful copper bath, a second bedroom with a 3/4 bed, a comfortable living room with a log burner and a compact, well-equipped kitchen.All the amenities of Hayfield are on your doorstep and there plenty of walking opportunities, including the Pennine Way, Kinder Scout and the Reservoir, or across the River Sett to the Sett Valley Trail (a two-mile greenway route for cyclist) and the Pennine Bridleway. For those who don’t want to walk too far, there are galleries and interiors shops to wander around and a lovely riverside to walk along (or just sit next to and kick back).

Take a break and enjoy this delightful cottage in the heart of Bakewell, spend lazy days enjoying the cottage comforts or venture out to explore the spectacular rolling Peak District countryside.This cottage can be found in one of the most historic areas of Bakewell, overlooking the All Saints Church which dominates the town’s skyline. From here it is just a matter of minutes to all the shops, cafes and restaurants. There’s so much on the doorstep to enjoy, from strolling along beautiful River Wye which winds through the town, to soaking up the atmosphere of the weekly market and cattle auction. You can bring along your bicycles for a ride along the Monsal Trail, or pull on your walking boots and take a hike through the stunning Peak District countryside, maybe stopping off at a country pub along the way. A short ride away you’ll find glittering Chatsworth House, elegant Haddon Hall and the Tissington Trail.

This truly gorgeous property, designed with thought and love, is set within a most stunning hideaway location boasting stunning views from every window. Perfect for family breaks or romantic getaways.
Sitting in the Peak District National Park just outside the village of Ford, a great holiday destination for those wishing to explore this beautiful area. A short drive takes to you to the principal town of Leek, with a bustling market every Wednesday and good variety of shops, or in the opposite direction is picturesque Ashbourne with its winding cobbled streets and mix of Tudor and Georgian heritage. There’s no doubt that it’s the perfect base to explore the area, if walking or cycling is your thing then head onto either the Tissington Trial or Manifold Valley. There are bicycle hire places close to both. For a thrill-seeking day, Alton Towers is only 15 minute drive away for those looking for a thrill! The stunning manifold valley is on the doorstep and a little further is Thor’s cave and Dove Valley.
