Located in the centre of Castleton, Peveril house has been the centrepiece of the village since its construction in 1768.Following a comprehensive restoration of the main house and coach house we are now pleased to open our doors for visitors to enjoy the atmosphere of this historic house and our service.

On site Car parking is provided at the property.

Our luxurious Bed and breakfast family and friends suite (sleeping upto 6 )  is available within Peveril House above the old stable block, accessed by its own outside stairway.

There is a beautiful, large king sized bedroom with pull out double sofa bed for upto 2 extra guests, luxury bathroom complete with separate shower and cast iron roll top bath, bathrobes, fluffy towels, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

We can also include the adjoining double room for additional family members with its own separate private bathroom, with roll top cast iron bath and shower over, bathrobes, fluffy towels, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The Bed and Breakfast suite is for families or friends and is for the sole occupancy of the guests.

Both rooms have HD TV with Freeview, tea/coffee making facilities. There is a small fridge for fresh milk, cold drinks etc., and a microwave to warm baby’s food at your own convenience.

Tariff.

£55 per person per night ( additional nights £40 per night per person )

Children using the sofa bed within the bedroom £30 each. 

Travel cot available 

2 night minimum stay at weekends

Minimum 3 night stay on Bank Holidays

These prices include  our breakfast buffet of fruit juices and cereals  and a fresh coffee cafetiere or freshly brewed tea will be served to your table. This is then followed by a full English breakfast or one of our lighter selections
