Otters Retreat Self Catering Holiday Cottage is situated in Wincle in the South West Peak District ideally located for exploring the Peak District National Park, Leek, Buxton and Macclesfield.

Set in the grounds of a picturesque sheep farm in the Peak District village of Wincle.

Otter’s retreat is a Visit England 5 star rated, highly specced luxury haven for you to get away from it all.
You will be free to roam 38 acres of fields and woodlands including the banks of the River Dane that divides Cheshire from Staffordshire. You’ll be able to walk to our charming local pub, The Ship, in 5 minutes over our fields. Make sure you bring your wellies!

The Lounge has an inglenook fireplace with a log burner, easy chairs to sit 4/5 people, a coffee table, occasional tables, a corner cupboard and a TV. There are great views of the Wincle countryside looking over towards Hanging Stone.

The Kitchen is modern and attractive with built in microwave, fridge, oven, induction hob and dishwasher.

There is a toaster, a mixer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a radio. Best of all the kitchen is open to the dining area so if you’re cooking, you’ll never feel cut-off from all the fun.
