Our 12 rooms include executive, superior and standard rooms. Three of the rooms have four-poster beds and one is haunted! … However the lady spirit is a delightfully benign presence who only adds to the charm of East Lodge.

We are passionate about our food. We believe that guests need to be in the right frame of mind to enjoy their meal to the full so that ambience and excellence in our service play a very big part. Friendly, unstuffy and personal, but skilled and efficient: we consider it vital that our staff really care about your enjoyment of our food.

Our team of Chefs, create mouth-watering menus using the best of seasonal ingredients, local sourced wherever possible. We are able to satisfy any special dietary requirements and always have an extensive vegetarian selection. Our mouth watering traditional country house breakfast is a treat to savour!!
