Broadhurst Farm Holiday Cottages

Broadhurst Farm Holiday Cottages are furnished to a high standard, each one has a fitted kitchen, microwave, freezer, washing machine and television. An adjoining laundry room houses a commercial drier, sink and toilet; this can also be used as a drying room for your wet weather gear.

Broadhurst Farm Holiday Cottages are set around the farm courtyard, picnic tables with umbrellas can be used for Alfresco dining or a quiet drink.

To the rear of the cottages is a recently built children’s play area containing a children’s trampoline, slide and ample room for barbecues and general play. Please ensure younger children are supervised.

The Area

Whether you’re a hardened hiker or fair-weather walker, seriously good cyclist or laid-back biker, the Peak District offers plenty of scope to get active. Challenge yourself on a bracing moorland walk or soaring a gritstone edge. Stretch your legs with a leisurely stroll along a leafy footpath or riverside walk.

Tackle a tough upland route on your mountain bike or let an electric bike take the strain and enjoy the scenery – it’s up to you. The Peak Parks impressive network of footpaths, traffic-free cycle trails and bridleways makes it a pleasure to stroll, pedal or take to horseback as you explore the area – as fast or as slow as you want to.

Whatever sport or activity you choose, the sky’s the limit. Beautiful locations from wild moorland crags to rolling limestone dales and historic reservoirs play host to adventurous outdoor activities on land and water with abseiling, climbing, canoeing, kayaking, raft building, mountain biking and paragliding.
