Wake up to beautiful views over Carsington Water and the surrounding countryside. Guests have there own separate entrance, a comfortable sitting room with log fire, colour television, DVD and a selection of books, games and magazines. Wifi available.

French windows open onto your own garden and patio area. Breakfast is served in the sitting room, which has a lovely view over the fields, down towards the water.

More than one night £85 per night for double occupancy.
Single occupancy £65 per night

Enjoy a hearty English breakfast (cooked in the Aga not fried). It includes fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals or porridge. Locally produced bacon and sausage, Derbyshire oakcakes, home made bread, and eggs from our own free range hens. Special diets can be catered for – please advise on booking.

Evening meals are available in a wide choice of local restaurants and pubs and we would be delighted to offer you the benefit of our local knowledge.

Individually furnished bedrooms with attention to detail.

Our aim is to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible.

The upstairs bedroom with king size brass bed and exposed beams. En-suite bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor a comfortable twin bedroom, also with an en-suite shower room.

Both rooms have radio/alarm clocks, hairdryers, magazines, wifi access and refreshment making facilities.
