    Wolfscote Grange dates back to the Domesday book with the farmhouse date stoned at 1649 and has been the Gibbs family home for over three generations.

    Much of its charm lies within the rooms which still have the original oak beams, fireplaces and lovely mullion windows.

    Relax in the lounge and enjoy the views and peaceful surroundings. Gaze into the lovely log fire after a day exploring the Peak District market towns, picturesque villages, country houses or the many footpaths that lead from Wolfscote Grange to the beautiful dales beyond. Try our farm trail with freedom to roam.
    Enjoy a hearty English breakfast sourced from the best local produce - free range eggs, local bacon and tasty sausages with traditional oatcakes, homemade preserves and fruit and yogurt.. The very best start to the day.  Special diets are catered for.  Evening meals are available in a good choice of restaurants and pubs and we will be delighted to offer you the benefit of our local knowledge.

    Bedroom accommodation comprises three comfortable rooms two of which are en-suite and the third having a private bathroom. All are supplied with a hot drinks tray.   

    Oak Beamed Room: Sitting by the quaint mullioned window, browsing through books while overlooking the garden and farm views, you have a real sense of the history of this room. Pretty blue door, original fireplace, comfy oak bed and delightful furnishings all complement this lovely oak beamed room.

    Antique bedroom: Relax on the chaise longue enjoying south facing views in this fine oak beamed beamed room with its timber doors and oak panelling on the walls and the ceiling. The rich decor, pine furniture and antique sandstone fireplace make this large double/ twin or family room something to be remembered.
    Pink Room: A sunny room with lovely views. You can sit at the large sash window and watch the quiet world of Wolfscote go by. This room boasts an antique brass bed and fine mahogany furniture.
    As in all the rooms there is a hot drinks tray and books to browse through.
